Job summary

Continental Automotive Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, lead the service department, and train junior technicians. Flexible shop hours with Monday–Saturday 7am–7pm are in place, plus opportunities for advancement.

Master Technicians start at a $35.00 flat rate with Subaru Master Techs at $40.00 flat rate, plus sign-on and relocation assistance, boot allowance, and year-end bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame.
• Perform advanced removal and replacement diagnostic work.
• Oversee and sign off on repairs completed by other technicians.
• Must hold a valid State Inspector's license.
• Offer training and guidance to other technicians.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
