+ Location: Crothall Healthcare - 1 Convention Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Part-time, days vary, 11:00 pm - 7:30 am. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.

+ Pay Range: $18.21 - $19.92 per hour.

Job Summary:

Performs a variety of maintenance duties. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining, repairing, cleaning, and operating plant, shops, mechanical areas, grounds, and facilities.
• Performing basic maintenance and repairs; contacting supervisors or vendors as needed.
• Updating work statuses, costs, and timing using company systems.
• Providing fleet maintenance support, including welding, plumbing, electrical, and generator repairs.
• Assisting in routine repairs and reporting major issues.
• Cleansing sidewalks, parking areas, and disposing of trash.
• Operating electrical and gasoline-powered equipment.
• Maintaining equipment and performing minor repairs.
• Performing unskilled or semi-skilled tasks like carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, and drywall maintenance.
• Responding to emergency problems and performing repairs.
• Maintaining logs, rounds, and completing work orders and inspections.
• Reading and transmitting detailed instructions.
• Serving as a member of the emergency response team.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of related maintenance or groundskeeping experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Working Conditions: Exposure to heat, noise, dust, dirt, and infection control areas. Must meet deadlines and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
