Summit-Polymers is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain and repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical equipment in an injection molding facility. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and keeping lines running reliably.
You will work with injection molding machines, process water systems, compressed air and paint lines, ensuring safety and root-cause solutions. A journeyman level of experience and strong diagnostic skills are preferred.

REPORTS TO: Manager, Maintenance
The Maintenance Technician is a skilled journeyman responsible for installing, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment dealing with hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems within an injection molding manufacturing facility. Equipment includes injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment, process water systems, compressed air systems and automated paint lines.
High School Diploma or GED required, Journeyman card preferred
A minimum of 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment required
Basic understanding Electrical, Hydraulic and/or Mechanical systems required
Experience with troubleshooting and repairing Electrical, Hydraulic and Mechanical systems preferred
Possesses the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of choices.
This position typically does not require any travel.
