Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Technician in Rochester, MN to perform preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on a diverse fleet including aerial work platforms, pumps, HVAC and generators.

You will build skills through hands-on work, training, and teamwork in a safety-focused environment, with a strong emphasis on reliability and customer service. A high school diploma or GED, and 5+ years of technician experience are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training preferred.
• 5+ years of technician experience with diesel/heavy equipment or specialty lines strongly preferred.
• Ability to provide tools of the trade and work in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and advanced diagnostics on a diverse fleet.
• Execute complex repairs to minimize downtime and keep equipment ready for use.
• Work on equipment including Aerial Work Platforms, pumps, HVAC and generators.
