An ideal HVAC Technician or Installer will excel in proficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities Include:

• Install, service, repair, and propose replacement of HVAC systems such as furnaces, air conditioners, duct systems, boilers, water heaters, and related piping and electrical components. Service and startup equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and job specifications.
• Train, oversee, and mentor field technicians.
• Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve issues that prevent equipment from functioning properly.
• Communicate with customers regarding operation and maintenance of installed equipment. Address questions related to operation, features, and functions.
• Complete documentation for each service call, including recommendations, repairs, readings, and observations. Obtain signatures and process payments as directed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficient in all aspects of HVAC installation from start to finish.
• Good knowledge of our products and services.
• Effective communication with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
• Commitment to continuous learning through training and independent study.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Work and drive safely.
• Minimum of 3 years documented experience.
• All necessary licenses and certifications.
• NATE certification is a plus.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
