First Student is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues on buses and vans with minimal supervision. You will lead preventative maintenance, support other technicians, and ensure safety standards are met.

our Maintenance Technicians keep our buses and vans safe, reliable, and ready for the road. This position is designed for an experienced automotive or diesel technician who can independently diagnose and repair more complex mechanical issues while helping support and develop other technicians in the shop. The Maintenance Technician III performs routine and advanced maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs with minimal supervision. This role may provide guidance to Technician I and Technician II employees and may serve as a Shift Foreman, with eligibility for a shift premium when applicable.
Pay Rate $30.00 per hour
