Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Texas is seeking a Test Technician III to join our manufacturing team. You will inspect, assemble and functionally test gas delivery systems to ensure quality before release.

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electro-Mechanical Automation, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-4 years in a Manufacturing Test Environment with vacuum & pneumatic technologies.
• Excellent communication and computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Inspection, functional testing and electro-mechanical assembly of gas delivery systems.
• Extensive troubleshooting and corrective actions on failed assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Helium leak testing.

The Test Technician III supports manufacturing quality and performance by inspecting, assembling, and functionally testing gas delivery systems. This role performs advanced troubleshooting and corrective actions on assemblies and sub‑assemblies, conducts helium leak testing, and executes module‑level tests to verify system integrity. By accurately interpreting schematics and resolving complex technical issues, the Test Technician III ensures products meet design specifications, reliability standards, and customer requirements prior to release.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelors in Electronics or Electro-Mechanical Automation or equivalent work experience.
  

Experience Requirement:
Work Experience:

• 3 - 4 years’ experience in a Manufacturing Test Environment with advanced knowledge of Vacuum & Pneumatic technologies.
