Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some technician coursework and/or AA technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/cleanroom environment or equivalent.
• Experience in helium leak testing, module and sub-assembly testing, and inspection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Conduct leak testing and standard testing; troubleshoot as needed.
• Read and interpret work instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Operate hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
• Maintain quality standards throughout all assembly steps.
• Train team members in procedures and best-known methods.
• Attend work consistently as an essential job function.
