Job summary

VPET USA LLC in Garland, TX is seeking a Service/Technician to perform mold changes, PM, and service work on Blow/Injection Molding equipment. You will support processing and troubleshooting, aiding profitability, safety, and ergonomics, and assist the Chief Engineer on multiple projects.

Requirements include a High School diploma, 2+ years operating experience, and preferred technical training in Blow/Injection molding.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Blow molding/ Injection machines is desired.
• Technical training in the Blow/Injection Molding Process is preferred.
• 2 years’ minimum operation and adjustment experience with machines.

Support process improvement and new technology processes to achieve goals for profitability, safety, and ergonomics. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting the Chief Engineer and Management team with other projects as assigned.

Education And/or Experience

Physical Requirements

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.


• Must be able to lift and carry up to 85 lbs.


• Must be able to push, pull, twist, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crawl.


• Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as reaching and grasping.


• Ability to reach 7’ (84”)


• The work environment is in a warehouse and temperatures inside vary between hot and cold based on the outside conditions.
