Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a dedicated electronics tester at our Mount Holly Springs facility. The role focuses on automated testing, reading process documents, and interpreting results to ensure product quality.

On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to work with advanced test systems, learn SMT soldering, and develop skills in a fast-paced environment. This on-site position offers full-time hours and a pathway for growth within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic or product testing.
• Detail-oriented and organizational skills.
• Quality and safety minded.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic PC skills, math skills, and product knowledge.
• Basic electronic / electrical knowledge or understanding.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Schedule

• M-F, 3:30pm-12am

Please note: This position may require training on 1st shift prior to transitioning to 2nd shift. Once assigned to 2nd shift, employees will receive a 10% shift differential.
