TSI Incorporated in Minnesota is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical and electronic assemblies used in a variety of TSI equipment. This mid‑level role builds on Technician I experience and collaborates closely with Manufacturing, Engineering and service teams to assure equipment meets performance specs and ships on time.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant experience, with an Electronics AA

The Manufacturing Technician II position is the mid-level for the technician group. They must possess all the experience and core competencies required of a Manufacturing Technician I plus additional experience. This position will be working in a manufacturing environment trouble shooting and repairing complex mechanical and electronic assemblies used in a variety of TSI equipment to the component level. This position is responsible for interfacing with Manufacturing Assembly, Engineering, and internal and external customers to assist them in trouble shooting and repairing TSI equipment. Our goal for shipping TSI equipment is 100% correct (equipment meets performance specifications) and 100% on-time. This position will be responsible for TSI new, service and sales inventory equipment repair, check out and test.

Pay & Benefits:Competitive market salary from $58,344- $62,920 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
