Job Summary

This is a full-time position, reporting to the cGMP Support Supervisor. The cGMP Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanroom's operational excellence by performing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks designed to uphold the cleanroom's integrity according to regulatory and industry standards. The role involves cleaning, stocking, and overall maintenance of the cleanroom, while supporting the manufacturing team to optimize operational flow and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
• Follow established cleaning practices and procedures accurately.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Complete all required written and online training.
• Spend most of the time in a cleanroom, fully gowned, including head covering, facemask, gloves, plant shoes, and safety glasses.
• Deliver excellent service with high energy and endurance.
• Perform all required daily, weekly, and monthly cleanings.
• Use a variety of disinfectants to mop all floors, following established cleaning procedures.
• Maintain GMP documentation, including records and logbooks.
• Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental responsibilities.
• Follow relevant Standard Operating Procedures and Site Quality procedures to ensure 100% compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a GMP setting is preferred; willingness to be trained.
• Proficiency in English reading, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Prior experience in a biopharmaceutical GMP environment is preferred.
• Accurate completion of area logbooks as per SOPs.
• Ability to frequently move and lift over 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work non-standard shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Work schedule: M-F 4:30 am - 1:00 pm, every other weekend.
• Must be able to work overtime when needed.
• No makeup, nail polish, or jewelry allowed in GMP areas.
• Extended periods of standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, crouching, and lifting may be required.
