WindHQ LLC is seeking a Technician II to maintain and repair wind turbine power generation equipment and related systems. The role requires climbing turbines up to 300 feet, diagnosing faults via schematics, and keeping detailed service logs in our database.
You will interpret fault reports, monitor turbine performance, and ensure safety and reliability across wind generation assets. A high school diploma or GED with technical training or 1.5+ years in a technical field is required.

The Technician II performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on wind turbines and other associated equipment. Individuals understand the mechanics, including both electrical and maintenance of hydraulics, of all wind turbine components. This position replaces mechanical and electrical components, understands schematics and uses appropriate diagnostic tools. The successful candidate will interpret fault reports, maintain power generation reports, service logs in the computer database, and monitor turbine performance and SCADA systems.
