Job summary

Main Event in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Technician II to maintain and repair our games and entertainment options. You will work on electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and sanitation standards while engaging guests as a FUN ambassador.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of repair experience on bowling or arcade equipment, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to learn multiple business systems. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years of age.
  • 1+ years of repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment or arcade games.
  • Guest-focused mindset.
  • Teamwork is a must.
  • Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems supporting the business.
  • Knowledgeable of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics.
  • Basic use of hand tools and ability to handle equipment up to 250 lbs.
  • Familiar with OSHA safety practices.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical work related to maintenance and repairs.
  • Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, etc.
  • Disassemble, replace, and repair mechanical and electrical components.
  • Maintain inventory records and organize the mechanic shop and facility.
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards and engage guests as a FUN ambassador.

As a Technician, Tech II specifically, you are knowledgeable about the mechanics and operations of our games and entertainment options and ensure they are performing properly and safely. You are responsible for supporting the maintenance of the center’s equipment, building, and systems, to name a few.
