Collins Consulting Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support professional to join their SJM Remote Care team. The role involves assisting patients with equipment orders and ensuring accurate data logging while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a medical background or relevant operational support experience are highly preferred.
This is an 100% onsite position. No remote work. Looking for local candidates only.
Qualified candidate(s) will join the SJM Remote Care Technical Support team in handling calls from patients and submitting orders for replacement equipment. Calls must be accurately logged and data accurately entered using prescribed tools and processes. Calls handled may be incoming or outgoing and proper handling of patient information is critical.
