Job summary

Monogram Foods in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and pallet jacks, while moving raw materials, packaging, supplies, finished goods, and other items across the warehouse, freezer, cooler and production lines. Movements are recorded using tags or RF scanning and proper paperwork is completed.

The role reports to the warehouse lead and requires attention to accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide; round decimals to the nearest whole number; input numbers to compute formulas.
• Must pass a written exam and physical testing before being awarded the position.
• Must obtain Forklift and Motorized Pallet Jack Certification.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the production line.
• Move raw materials, packaging, supplies, finished goods, and other items to and from the warehouse, freezer, and cooler.

Successful candidate must pass a written exam and physical testing before being awarded the position. Must obtain Forklift and Motorized Pallet Jack Certification.

Physical Environment/working Condition

The employee is regularly required to sit; walk; use hands, fingers, and arms to handle, feel and reach. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 110 pounds in a team of two lift. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and extreme cold; wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
