Job summary

Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air in San Diego is seeking a Technician HVAC Service Warranty to diagnose and repair warranty-covered issues, and to process claims with manufacturers. You will communicate timelines to customers and document repairs and parts used, while maintaining the vehicle and tools and upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of HVAC service experience, EPA certification, strong diagnostic skills, and a clean driving record.

• Identify recurring equipment issues and report trends to service leadership.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory in organized condition.
• Adhere to all safety practices and manufacturer specifications.
• Represent the company professionally on every warranty call.

The Technician HVAC Service Warranty performs warranty-related repairs on HVAC equipment under manufacturer or company service warranties, ensuring customer issues are resolved quickly and accurately. This role diagnoses equipment issues and processes warranty claims with manufacturers. The ideal candidate has strong HVAC diagnostic skills and familiarity with warranty processes.
