Gilmore Heating, Air, & Plumbing (Gilmore HAP) is hiring a Technician HVAC Service Warranty to diagnose and repair warranty-covered HVAC issues. You will process warranty parts claims with manufacturers and keep customers informed on timelines and resolutions.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of HVAC service experience, EPA certification, strong diagnostic skills, and a clean driving record. A customer-focused approach and safety‑minded work style are essential.

• Communicate with customers regarding warranty repair timelines and resolution.
• Complete accurate documentation of warranty repairs and parts used.
• Identify recurring equipment issues and report trends to service leadership.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory in organized condition.
• Adhere to all safety practices and manufacturer specifications.
• Represent the company professionally on every warranty call.

Technician HVAC Service Warranty

• The Technician HVAC Service Warranty performs warranty-related repairs on HVAC equipment under manufacturer or company service warranties, ensuring customer issues are resolved quickly and accurately. This role diagnoses equipment issues and processes warranty claims with manufacturers. The ideal candidate has strong HVAC diagnostic skills and familiarity with warranty processes.
