Home Comfort Experts, part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking an HVAC Install Lead to join a dynamic, customer‑focused team in Indiana. You will lead installation projects, mentor apprentices, and ensure top‑quality workmanship on residential HVAC systems.

The role pays $26–$30 per hour with paid time off, holidays, and ongoing training; average yearly earnings range from $85,000 to $95,000. Schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, in-home installations, and strong growth potential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of Residential HVAC Install Experience
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

Responsabilidades

• Install HVAC systems and related equipment following manufacturer specifications and company requirements.
• Install furnaces, air handlers, coils, UV lights, air cleaners, dehumidifiers, outdoor units, refrigerants, txv, compressors, etc.
• Test and inspect new systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
• Maintain company vehicles, stock parts, and accurate timecards and invoices.

Role Overview

Technician HVAC Install Lead

As an HVAC Installer, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team of professionals who demonstrate strong technical competencies while ensuring the best customer experience.

Pay: $26-$30, Hourly for PTO, Holiday and training
Day to Day: Task pay by unit piece
Average yearly: $85,000-$95,000

Schedule: Monday- Friday, Rotating Saturday

Role Responsibilities

• Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems following manufacturer specifications and company requirements.


• Install various HVAC equipment in customers' homes, including furnaces, air handlers, indoor coils, UV lights, air cleaners, dehumidifiers, outdoor coils, outdoor units, repairing refrigerants, txv, compressors, etc.


• Ensure that new systems work efficiently by inspecting and testing them.


• Provide excellent customer service and ensuring high customer satisfaction.


• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.


• Adhere to standard processes and procedures of the company, including properly stocking company vehicles with necessary parts, returning unused and defective parts, and ordering and restocking parts in vehicles as required.


• Keep the assigned company vehicle clean, stocked and well inventoried.


• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and option sheets.

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of Residential HVAC Install Experience


• EPA Certification


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Effective verbal and written communication skills.


• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

Preferred qualifications

• Valid Journeyman HVAC License


• Intermediate knowledge/use of industry standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems)
