Job summary

ESFM® USA is seeking a Full-time Technician for floor maintenance in Fountain Inn, SC. You will be responsible for operating industrial floor care equipment and performing maintenance on hard surfaces. Previous experience is preferred.

The schedule involves working Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. This position offers benefits such as medical coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Schedule

Full time: Sunday - Wednesday & Wednesday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Pay

Fixed Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Essential Functions

• Maintains knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large areas of floor surface.
• Uses proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface processing, extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
