• Proficiency with scheduling, inventory tracking, and reporting software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.

Position Summary

Role summary: The (USA) Technician, Facility Services, HVAC-Refrigeration, is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings. This role involves interpreting technical schematics, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The Technician performs preventive maintenance, manages refrigerant handling, and supports operational efficiency through effective communication and teamwork. This position requires adherence to company policies and standards while contributing to continuous improvement and supporting business-critical needs, including participation in on-call rotations and coordination of service activities across multiple locations.

What you'll do

• Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ductwork and control panels, ensuring compliance with building codes and operational specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues in commercial and industrial systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on refrigeration units, walk-ins, and HVAC systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
