Role summary: The (USA) Technician, Facility Services, Exterior Services is responsible for managing and executing exterior maintenance projects to ensure safe, functional, and visually appealing facility environments. This role involves coordinating work assignments, overseeing material procurement, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The technician operates and inspects equipment, performs seasonal landscaping and snow management, and supports cost control initiatives. By collaborating with internal teams and third-party providers, this position ensures quality standards are met while contributing to sustainable facility improvements and operational efficiency.

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or related area.
• Experience in third-party management.
