1. Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dependable entry-level or intermediate Technician/Assembler to join our team. No prior assembly experience is required, but preferred. We provide full training on all tools, processes, safety procedures, and job tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing or production.
2. Key Roles/Duties:
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and training provided
- Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Report material shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors
- Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
- Learn new tasks and cross-train in other assembly areas as needed
- Complete company-sponsored training in J-STD-001 Certification soldering standards and earn certification
- Other duties, as assigned
3. Basic Qualifications:
- No previous experience required; training is provided
- High school diploma
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
4. Preferred Qualifications:
- Current J-STD-001 (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies) certification
- Prior Class 3 soldering experience
- Previous electronic assembly/production experience
5. Travel:
Up to five (5) percent (% ) Continental United States (CONUS) travel (local)
6. Clearance:
