Tarrant County College is seeking a full-time Technician, Endpoint Management at the Trinity River Campus to support daily endpoint installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
The role requires knowledge of MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, Knox, ManageXR) and some scripting (PowerShell or Bash). Strong problem-solving and documentation skills are essential.
This role is responsible for providing daily support for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of endpoint devices across Tarrant County College (TCC). This role is also responsible for resolving user issues, fulfilling service requests, performing hands on repairs, and supporting routine endpoint management tasks following established procedures, escalating complex issues when needed.
