Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is seeking an Endpoint Technician at Trinity River Campus in Fort Worth to support daily management of endpoint devices across TCC. This role is responsible for providing daily support for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of endpoint devices across Tarrant County College (TCC). This role is also responsible for resolving user issues, fulfilling service requests, performing hands on repairs, and supporting routine endpoint management tasks following established procedures, escalating complex issues when needed.
