The role requires a Bachelor's degree with seven years' related experience and at least two years of supervisory experience; familiarity with C#, .NET, Java, Azure, DevOps, and SQL is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years' working experience related to the essential performance requirements.
• Two (2) years' experience supervising (e.g., managing, evaluating the performance of others)

Responsibilities

• Works with customers on the feasibility and design of new applications as well as new functionality for existing applications.
• Designs, develops, and maintains custom applications, integrations, and modifications.
• Leads, supports, manages, supervises, and evaluates the daily workflow of application programming staff; hires, trains, and schedules staff as needed
• Assures that all applications meet security and usability guidelines
• Tests application software for accuracy and completeness based on users' specifications
• Verifies all documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Manages and maintains an application development environment
• Leadership of all assigned programming staff
• Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations
• Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
• Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles for the College
• Attends the workplace regularly and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
• Works under the general supervision of the assigned department leader
