Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a Technician for Cleaning and Sanitization in Saddle Brook, NJ to support compounding operations. You will clean and sanitize tanks, kettles, hoses and utensils according to SOPs and assist with quality control sampling.

The role requires a High School diploma, forklift certification (or ability to obtain), and a strong team-oriented mindset. This is a day shift, on-site position with a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Clean all returned drums/totes from production.
• Sanitize all manufacturing utensils used per established sanitization procedures.
• Confirm tank designated for cleaning per tag system and clean/sanitize accordingly.
• Perform general housekeeping duties for the manufacturing department.
• Take samples from the wash water tank to Quality Control for pH analysis.
• Discharge the wash water from the tank when tank is full.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Reporting to this Position: No direct reports

BASIC FUNCTION

Ensure that all manufacturing tanks, kettles, hoses, drums and totes and mixing utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized per designated SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean all returned drums/totes from production.
• Sanitize all manufacturing utensils used per established sanitization procedures.
• Confirm tank has been designated for cleaning as per tag system, clean and sanitize tank following established procedures.
• Perform all general housekeeping duties for the manufacturing department.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred.
