Job summary

MileOne Autogroup (BMW of Silver Spring) is seeking skilled automotive technicians to perform repairs to dealer and factory standards. You will diagnose malfunctions, repair vehicles, and road-test to verify quality, documenting all work on the repair order.

ASE certifications and a valid driver's license are preferred. We offer technician incentive programs, flexible hours with competitive pay, and access to ongoing training and advancement within a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• + 4 years automotive experience in a dealership or independent shop.
• ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications, preferred.
• Valid Driver's License, with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform appropriate repairs
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair
• Document work performed on repair order
