Job summary

MileOne Autogroup in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a qualified automotive Technician to join our dealership team. You will perform repairs and diagnostics to dealership and factory standards, document work, and road-test vehicles to verify quality.

The role emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and accountability in a fast-paced environment. Preferred candidates have dealership experience and ASE or auto manufacturer certifications; a valid driver's license with clean record is required.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership experience preferred.
• ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform appropriate repairs.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair.
• Document work performed on repair order.
