Summary: The Behavior Support Technician (BST) supports school staff during crisis situations related to student behavior and mental health issues, conducts Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), collaborates with staff when developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and implements Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) strategies as needed for students with disabilities.
