Job summary

O'Daniel Automotive Group in Fort Wayne invites experienced automotive technicians to join our team. As a Technician 1, you will perform automotive services and be trained in standard operating procedures while earning more as you learn.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school or college automotive program training.
• Experience working in a service repair shop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs A/C
• Perform steering and suspension repairs/maintenance
• Perform general brake repair
• Performs oil changes
• Performs safety inspections
• Performs general shop service of machines
• Performs filter changes (air, cabin air, fuel)
• Complete assigned training
• Demonstrates shop and personal safety habits, vehicle preparation tasks, workplace skills and engine repair tasks
