Job summary

O'Daniel Automotive Group in Fort Wayne invites applicants for an entry-level Automotive Technician to join a team that emphasizes mentorship and a defined career path. You will perform oil changes, safety inspections, and filter changes while learning our SOPs and standards.

A mentor will guide onboarding; you’ll work Monday–Friday with no weekends or holidays, and you’ll access medical, 401(k), paid vacation, and certification reimbursement as you grow.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• High school or college automotive program training.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and follow O'Daniel SOPs with mentor guidance.
• Perform oil changes.
• Perform safety inspections.
• Perform filter changes (air, cabin air, fuel).
• Complete assigned training.
• Demonstrate shop safety and vehicle preparation tasks.
