Job description

Produce products by assembling parts and subassemblies in a level III assembler position
Use and train others in the use of measuring tools, including OD and ID micrometers, height gages, dial calipers, and optical flats
Build and assemble components by reading assembly instructions, engineering drawings, and written instructions
Follow Triumph Actuation Systems-Clemmons procedures and paperwork system
Meet production deadlines by following correct procedures without supervision
Attain knowledge of assembling 60% or more of Triumph Actuation Systems-Clemmons products from prep work to final assembly
Troubleshoot, build, and repair production units
Contribute to team efforts, work safely, maintain a positive attitude, and train less experienced employees
Comply with EHS policies, training, instructions, and PPE requirements
Report accidents, incidents, near misses, and dangerous or potentially dangerous situations to management

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Two years in aviation maintenance, military, or manufacturing
Airframe & Powerplant License holder preferred
Demonstrable mechanical aptitude
Engineering drawing reading ability
Basic computer skills
Basic math skills
Ability to read/write in the English language
Ability to bend and carry up to 40 lbs
Ability to sit or stand for a minimum of eight hours per day
U.S. applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
For applicable positions, must be a US Person under ITAR or eligible for approval for a U.S. Government export license
