Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools.
• Perform quality checks and document QC results.
• Safely operate forklifts and other shop equipment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving and local deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Support preventive maintenance and shop organization.
• Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Saber Power Services, LLC, (SPS) located in Houston, TX, is a nationally recognized full-service EPC, specialty engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning company specializing in complex medium- and high-voltage electrical infrastructure in North America.

Position Summary

Saber Power Services is seeking an Assembly Technician to support the assembly, quality control, and shipment of electrical components and systems. This role involves hands‑on work with tools and equipment, ensuring products meet our standards of safety and performance. This position will be located in Baton Rouge, LA

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools
• Perform quality checks and complete QC documentation
• Safely operate forklifts and other shop equipment
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and local part deliveries
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Support preventative maintenance and shop organization
• Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• Other duties as assigned

Employment Requirements
