About DuraServ
DuraServ is a national leader in commercial dock and door solutions, operating across the U.S. and Canada since 2001. Our field technicians are the backbone of the company — and we invest in them accordingly.
This compensation information is a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage range that DuraServ reasonably expects to pay upon hire, and is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Similar positions located outside of a covered jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The anticipated compensation range for this role is $22.00 to $24.45 and reflects the range DuraServ expects to pay at the time of hire, based on factors including geographic market, skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
