Job summary

Dry Force is seeking a Technician Apprentice in Austin, TX. This full-time role requires no experience and offers training to the right candidate.

You will assist with water damage restoration, set up drying equipment, and work closely with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include safe operation of equipment, professional communication with customers, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Clear criminal background.
• Overtime and some holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle water damage issues and remove/replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Work with management to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate professionally with teammates and customers.
• Follow company safety, quality, and image policies.

Dry Force is hiring a Technician Apprentice for a full-time position in Austin, Texas - No Experience Required - Willing to Train.

Responsibilities

• Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
• Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to Pass a Drug Screen
• Clear Criminal BackgroundMust be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
