Job summary

Hutson Inc. is hiring Road and Shop Technicians to diagnose, service, and maintain large agricultural equipment for customers and dealers. You will work on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and perform repairs using specialized tools and Technical Manuals.

This full-time role offers hourly pay of $20–$40 plus a tool allowance, uniform allowance, overtime, a company vehicle, fuel card, and immediate PTO accrual. Hutson Inc.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for agricultural and turf equipment.
• Ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using special tools and Technical Manual procedures.

Responsibilities

• The Technician will perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned large agricultural equipment.
