Job summary

Hutson Inc. is looking for Heavy Equipment Technicians to diagnose, service and repair large agricultural equipment at road and shop locations.

The role involves hands-on work on tractors and other farm machinery, with opportunities to work in both field and shop settings. Road Technicians receive a company vehicle; benefits include a $1,250 tool allowance, uniform allowance, PTO from day one, overtime options, and a fuel card.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to perform repairs using special tools and Technical Manual procedures.
• Willingness to work road and shop assignments.

Responsibilities

• The Technician will perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned large agricultural equipment.
• Communicate with customers and dealers as needed to coordinate service.
