Job summary

Hutson Inc. is hiring Heavy Equipment Technicians to perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs and preventive maintenance on large agricultural equipment in the field and shop settings.

The Road and Shop Technicians will work with a variety of John Deere equipment, receive a competitive $20-$40/hour pay, a $1,250 annual tool allowance, uniform allowance, and a company vehicle with fuel card. Overtime available and PTO accrues immediately.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for agricultural & turf equipment.
• Ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using special tools and Technical Manual procedures.

Responsibilities

• The Technician will perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer- and dealer-owned large agricultural equipment.
