Job summary

Hutson Inc. is seeking Heavy Equipment Technicians to service road and shop equipment, primarily agricultural machinery. The role involves diagnosing complex issues and performing repairs in line with manufacturer manuals, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Road Technicians receive a company vehicle and a comprehensive tool allowance, with uniform support and immediate PTO accrual. Overtime is available, and Hutson Inc. values teamwork and community involvement across 27 locations.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for agricultural and turf equipment.
• Ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using special tools and Technical Manual procedures.

Responsibilities

• The Technician will perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned large agricultural equipment.
