Job summary

Overview

Field Service Technician III — responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, brakes, and other key components on material handling equipment, in the field and in the shop. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and advanced troubleshooting to keep equipment operating to manufacturer standards. Maintain documentation, parts inventory, and ensure safety standards on company vehicles and job sites. Serve as a technical resource and support training efforts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, brakes, and other key components on material handling equipment in the field and in the shop.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and advanced troubleshooting to keep equipment operating to manufacturer standards.
• Complete accurate service documentation, maintain parts inventory, and ensure company vehicle and job sites reflect high safety standards.
• Serve as a technical resource to teammates, support training efforts, and help attract and onboard top technician talent.
