Job summary

Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and conducting complex repairs across engines, transmissions, and braking systems. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; auto tech training preferred.
• Experience as automotive technician, dealer or independent shop preferred.
• ASE certifications a plus; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Conduct complex repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, and braking systems.
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs or preventative maintenance.
• Document all services performed and parts used accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs.
• Stay updated on new automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training.
