We are currently seeking aFine Art Technicianto join our team of skilled artisans and technicians. This is a hands-on role working in a professional foundry and studio setting, producing artwork through thelost wax metal casting processand/orfabrication techniques. It’s a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about the arts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all stages of the lost wax casting process including wax chasing, ceramic shell building, metal finishing, and assembly.
• Perform fabrication work including cutting, fitting, and welding metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for project execution.
• Use hand and power tools to complete precision work on fine art pieces.
• Support team members in handling, transporting, and installing artwork as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Background or degree in Fine Art, Sculpture, Industrial Design, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and operating standard hand/power tools.
• Experience in metal fabrication including MIG and TIG welding.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
