Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking an Operations / Packaging Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team supporting the production and packaging of regulated animal health products in a GMP/aseptic environment. You will operate packaging equipment, perform startup and minor adjustments, complete production and quality documentation per SOPs and GDP, and maintain clean, safe work areas in a team setting.

This full-time position offers a 10-hour shift (Mon–Thu) from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm and pays $20

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong analytical, scientific, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Good written, verbal, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to intermittently lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging and production equipment, including startup, minor adjustments, and routine quality monitoring.
• Perform production activities according to established SOPs and GMPs.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time, following GDP.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas in accordance with SOPs.

What You'll Do

• Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time, following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Basic knowledge of quality improvement tools and MPS processes.
• Familiarity with USDA regulations.
