Job summary

Rapid Cycle Solutions LLC (RCS) seeks a Technical Writer to support the Cloud Investment Multi-Cloud Management (CIMM) team in a federal program. The writer will produce and edit SOPs, manuals, training materials, and reports for intelligence customers, ensuring accurate terminology and clear communication.

The role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to work on-site in Chantilly, VA. Strong editing skills and cloud tech familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years or Master’s with 7+ years or PhD/JD with 4+ years; additional experience accepted in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Compose SOPs, user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
• Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or other customer deliverables.
• Research and ensure use of proper technical terminology.
• Organize material and complete writing assignments to standards of order, conciseness, style, and terminology.
• Establish editorial standards and overall layout for submissions.
• Work with PMO to develop consistent style and language.
• Manage schedule, assignments, and meetings for narratives and submissions.
