We seek a technical writer committed to quality and clarity in documentation, who understands the importance of impactful communication in technology.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand product and documentation needs
• Create high-quality documentation such as user guides, training materials, and technical architecture documents
• Develop tutorials to assist end-users
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support production releases, including UAT

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in technical writing for software documentation
• Attention to detail to produce accurate, high-quality documentation
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of SDLC and software development processes

Preferred Experience

• Experience with federal or state government contacts
• Business analysis, requirements, and use case development
