Job summary

Omitron seeks a Technical Writer / Project Coordinator to support the CROWN effort in Colorado Springs, CO. This role develops and maintains technical documentation in close coordination with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams, ensuring Government standards for formatting, clarity, accuracy, and completeness.

Responsibilities include gathering input from subject matter experts, managing templates and version control, shepherding documents through review and approval, and delivering

Qualifications

• Requires US Citizenship.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of technical writing/documentation coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for the CROWN program.
• Create and maintain deliverables: TDP, System Test Report, Network Administrator's Manual, Site Deployment Readiness Review, Detailed Test Plan, Test and Acceptance Procedures, Cybersecurity Assessment Test Report.
• Design and maintain templates; ensure compliance with security/configuration management requirements.
• Manage CMS and document version history; coordinate reviews and approvals; track status to maintain schedule.
• Gather input from engineers, analysts, and cybersecurity staff to produce clear, accurate deliverables.
