Rincon Research Corporation seeks a Sr. Technical/Business Development Writer to join the Technical Publications & Business Development Operations Team.

The role focuses on producing and editing technical documentation and proposals for national intelligence and DoD projects, with onsite duties in Centennial, CO or other HQ locations. The successful candidate will have eight+ years in technical writing/editing or business development, a TS/SCI clearance, and a strong ability to translate complex

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI security clearance.
• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Scientific & Technical Communication, Technical Writing, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Proficiency in Windows environment.
• Ability to assimilate complex information quickly and translate it for the audience.
• Excellent writing fundamentals, including grammar, punctuation and sentence structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams on Federal Government market surveys, white papers, and proposals from bid decision through award.
• Produce production edits and proofreading with receptiveness to feedback.
• Collaborate with software and engineering teams to maintain documentation suites (user guides, quick-start guides, training materials, manuals).
• Develop technical briefings, reports, manuals, and marketing materials for high-performance electronic hardware.
• Manage calendars and tracking sheets in an interrupt-driven environment.
