You must be enrolled in a university/technical college, bondable, and capable of a full 12‑month internship onsite at the Corporate Center during school terms and breaks.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at university or technical college for the duration of the internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word; familiarity with PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and publish documentation using Royal’s style guide and MadCap Flare/Microsoft Word.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain content in CMS and explore new capabilities as needed.
• Meet performance goals while upholding Royal’s values and culture.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, including CTRs/SARs when required.
