Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled at a university or technical college during the internship.
• Must be bondable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and publish documentation for assigned projects using Royal’s style guide and tools like MadCap Flare and Microsoft Word.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
• Maintain and update content using content management systems, researching and implementing new capabilities as needed.
• Meet performance goals and objectives while supporting Royal’s core values and culture.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, including completing necessary reports such as CTRs and SARs when required.
